This registration packet includes all of the information and forms needed to help us get to know your child and ensure a smooth start to the school year. Registration Forms

Returning Students
If your child is a returning student to Hillsboro Community School District, please complete registration through Skyward. If you need assistance accessing your Skyward account, contact your child’s school office for support.

New Students
For families new to the district, please download and complete the appropriate registration forms, then bring them to your child’s school to begin the registration process. Thank you!

Registration documents are available online by grade level. Many forms are interactive—allowing you to fill them out on your computer, print them, and save copies for your records. If you prefer, you may also print the forms and complete them by hand.  Health-related forms can also be found on the left bar of this page. 

 Families with a Food Stamp/TANF number do not need to complete this application for Free/Reduced Meals
