How to Enroll

If you would like your family to participate in either the ASK Program or the Summer Fun Club:

1.    Print out the registration form.

2.    Complete the form and submit it, along with the $10 registration fee, to the Beckemeyer Office at:
1035 Seymour Avenue, Hillsboro, IL 62049.
